The guiding force behind Vaze Placement Services, Mr. Vaze comes with a rich and diverse understanding in management as he has held managerial positions in reputed Companies such as L&T, Bajaj Auto and Pudumjee Paper Mills. He boasts of an enriching experience in handling matters related to HR, Legal, General & Office Administration and Production during his tenure. A Book on valuable Industrial experiences written by Mr. Vinayak Vaze, has been already Published.

His another book on Placement Services has been published recently.These two books have been recommended for award of govt of maharastra and both the books are available online on Book Gagna.

Vaze Placement Services is set to achieve gazing heights, all due to the herculean efforts put in by Mr. Vaze. After graduating in Arts, Vaze Sir completed Law studies. One will not believe in the first meeting that this modest and respectful personality also holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies (MMS) from the University of Pune, along with diploma in Business Management and Computer Science
